Use the images attached to this article that correspond to the primary topic of the event. These images correspond the the areas on the LOUIS website. 

Examples: for events covering SirsiDynix Symphony, use the ILS image; for general professional development events, use the prof-dev image.

After you have added the full event description to the LOUIS Events calendar in Timely, go to the LOUIS Staff calendar in Google and just add a brief placement event. For example:
