How did COVID-19 impact use of library resources?

In March 2020, COVID-19 forced libraries to close their doors, and shift to an online-only support model. This study measures changes in use of library resources during the COVID-19 closure at LSU. Data points considered include website, discovery and catalog usage, ILL requests, e-resource downloads, patron inquiries and more.
