LOUIS has selected Alma and Primo VE from Clarivate as our next library services platform, a transition that will consolidate multiple separate systems into a unified platform and modernize Louisiana’s academic libraries’ infrastructure to support student and faculty access to academic resources.
The migration will commence in summer 2026 and the new system will go live on June 9, 2027.
LOUIS will share video recordings, slides, digests, and other communication regarding the migration with the LOUIS membership throughout the migration. Access to many of these communications, including the resources linked below, will require access to the Task Portal.
