What a Tangled Web(site) We Weave: Leveraging University Resources To Enhance User Experience on the Library Website

August 2020 saw the launch of a new library website for Loyola University that was years in the making. Loyola's Library Web Team was able to leverage university resources, along with an iterative, user-centered design process, to completely re-imagine the library's web presence. From surveys to card-sorting to an annual Hootenanny, learn how the Library Web Team involved library users in order to facilitate investment in the redesign process.
